All payments must be completed within the next 36 hours after the order is processed. Otherwise your order would be cancelled and you will be blacklisted from our customer list.
If you chose the mail delivering option, please send us a confirmation e-mail of your payment (name, email address, amount, date) and you will receive a delivery confirmation with the next 48 hours.
PLease contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the indications of how to make the payment via paypal.
4. Refund & exchange
All sales are final and no refund or exchange will be considered. Your satisfaction is important to us and that's why each item you order will be examine before delivering it.
5. Insurance policy
This applies for orders that are processed by the mail delivery option.
All orders that are less than 500g would be shipped as regular mail and won't include any tracking number or insurance. Canadian orders over 500g will be considered as Regular parcels and will be trackable via Canada Post. American orders over that weight will have to contact us at email@example.com in order to determine the shipping options and fees.
The buyer would be responsible for all the shipping risks and can add an insurance to avoid any loss.
